Since 1650, there has been a tradition of viticulture in the Erwin Sabathi family. The great upswing began in 1992 with the entry of Erwin Sabathi (in the tenth generation) into the family business. On this foundation, he independently and autonomously established his own business and the now well-known brand "Erwin Sabathi". With the construction of his wine cellar, Erwin Sabathi was awarded the "Viktor-Geramb-Dankzeichen" for "good building in Styria" as the builder of this architectural project.
