Our distillery and sparkling wine factory is located in the middle of the beautiful Odenwald, in the Erlenbach district of Fürth. Here, the fruit of the Odenwald meadows is processed into high-quality products of the art of cellaring and distilling.

The great art of distilling is to capture the aroma of the fruit unadulterated and to bind it in the distillate without any additives.
Only by growing our own fruit can we ensure that only fully ripe fruit with a distinct aroma is processed.
Carefully handcrafted in our cellar, the Odenwald cider is refined into an exceptional sparkling apple wine, the "Apfelwalzer", using the traditional Campagner method.
