With one of the most modern bottling plants in Germany and an annual production of over 2.5 million bottles of sparkling wine and semi-sparkling wine, Höfer Sekt is regarded as the Franconian centre of excellence for the production of premium sparkling wines. The fine in-house creations mature for at least 9 months in the historic fermenting and shaking cellars made of brick-built shell limestone. You will receive your semi-sparkling wine with added carbon dioxide (Secco) within a few days under exclusion of harmful ambient air. We stand for solid craftsmanship & modern company structures.
