Animating organic wines from the steepest slopes of the Moselle - that's what our Caspari-Kappel winery stands for. On 12 hectares of the best slate soils, we produce expressive Rieslings, melting Pinot Blancs and refreshing rosés.
The idea of terroir is at the heart of our philosophy. This is what makes Caspari wines so individual and diverse: sometimes fruity or mineral, sometimes delicate or opulent. Whether as a food companion, summer and terrace wine or simply to enjoy: This is pure drinking pleasure!
Out of respect for a unique natural and cultural landscape, we work ecologically. Our winery is a certified organic farm. All wines are vegan.
