The name Höhl has been inextricably linked with apples in Hesse since 1779. Great things have been created in these 2 centuries: Noble and beneficial things! Now in its 9th generation, the family business produces fine products from regional apple ingredients with passion and a wealth of experience. Daughter Anna Lenhard is responsible for strategy and design in the young company, which was reorganised in 2015, while son Johannes Seibel is responsible for sales. His wife Christina provides support in internal sales and marketing. Mother Dr Johanna Höhl-Müller holds the small team together and provides support with her extensive experience in marketing and company management. The POMP cuvées from DR. HÖHL'S POMP cuvées have made the marriage of grape and apple their concept. The premium line POMP Grande Cuvée is based on the unique blend of Riesling grape and the noble apple "Champagner-Reinette". This historic combination of Rheingau Riesling sparkling wine and Champagne-Reinette from organic orchards around Frankfurt am Main forms a unique interplay and makes them particularly harmonious cuvées with a well-balanced mousseux. Elegant and expressive at the same time, the POMP Grande Cuvée in rosé or blanc is a surprisingly incomparable speciality when it needs to be particularly fine and unique. With the POMP Grande Cuvée 0.0, the family business also offers non-alcoholic "sparkling wine moments" full of flavour and complexity at 0.0% alcohol for discerning connoisseurs. The POMP Organic Aperitifs 0.0 Fruity, or Fine Tart Oriental, are completely alcohol-free aperitifs based on organic ingredients.
