The predominantly native botanicals make up the unique taste of this Sauerland distillate. Spruce tips, tree fungus and dandelion root provide a woody, earthy taste. A light top note of fresh nettles, hand-picked sorrel and citrus aromas round off the tangy body note. The result is a tangy-fresh gin, distilled with our own fine-mild Sauerland spring water, which is just as suitable as an aperitif as it is as a long drink with selected tonics or in cocktails.
