Genusstheater am Weingut Krispel

The Genusstheater is a special place. When you enter it, a new world opens up. On one side is a 25 metre long and 5 metre high curtain made of larch wood, behind which the kitchen is working at full speed. In front of you is the picturesque inner courtyard, with shimmering cobblestones, all in Mediterranean colours, excitingly relaxing, a paradise for friends. Small green oases enliven the courtyard, music plays in the background and the senses are enchanted by breathtaking aromas. As a guest, you are escorted to your seat and look forward to the pleasure. In the centre of the dining room you discover a barely perceptible elevation, the stage: a block of basalt, made from the most pristine stone in the volcanic region, polished on the surface, sloping steeply on the sides, as if knocked out of a quarry. The guests are amazed. And then they find themselves in Stefan Krispel's gourmet theatre, in which Daniel Weißer and his team stage a celebration of regional cuisine.
